Idle reserves above the 25% buffer sit in the HoldAdapter (liquid, no yield) until a priceable yield source is adopted via the 1-day adapter timelock.

Every buy and sell on the Pons V2 curve pays a 3% creator tax into PonsV2FeeEscrow. FeeSplitter harvests native ETH and routes 50% to the Vellum vault book and 50% to the creator wallet.
Utilisation
loans.fun kinked borrow rate model. Rates adjust linearly based on pool capacity. Max 50% of reserves can be lent out.
Collateral Coverage
All loans are strictly overcollateralized. Collateral is evaluated via min(spot, twap) for $VELM and Chainlink feeds for stock tokens.

Every tick cycle the Vellum agent evaluates the book, sweeps creator fees, adjusts the buffer, and triggers liquidations.
The agent daemon executes the tick loop once every 10 seconds on Robinhood Chain. When active, every autonomous cycle records here.
